  1. Contact us to subscribe
    We’ll guide you through the process. Monthly fees apply: $100/month for an initial block of twenty (20) published calendars, then $50 for each additional block of ten (10) published calendars.
      

  2. Set up your calendar options
    Determine who on your team is available, set their schedules, and the types of appointments offered. 

  3. Add the widget to your website
    We’ll provide the integration code. Your web team (or webmaster) just needs to publish it on the page of your choice.
      

  4. Promote the feature
    Add a “Book an appointment” button at the top of your homepage and include it in your communications (e.g., emails, vaccine reminders).
