VetWare account setup for new user
Procedure to follow when you receive the invitation email for the VetWare site.
- Open the invitation email from CDMV entitled “Register on our VetWare website!”
- Click on the “Create my access” button and a web page will appear.
- Select the “Login” option (at the top of the page), and a panel will appear on the right.
- Select the “Login” link to open the login page.
- On the login page, click on the “Complete your registration” link at the bottom.
- Enter your email address in the box. It must be the same address through which you received the invitation.
- Click on “Send verification code.” A message will indicate that the verification code has been sent.
- You will receive an email from Microsoft entitled “Email for CDMV account verification code.”
- Copy the code.
- Paste it in the “Verification code” box.
- Click on “Verify code.”
- A message will appear to confirm that the code has been verified.
- Choose a password.
- Once the password is chosen, click on “Create” to finalize account access.

Procedure to follow when you receive the invitation email for the VetWare site.
- Please make sure you are logged out of the Regular products site.
- Open the invitation email from CDMV entitled “Register on our VetWare website!”
- Click on the “Create my access” button and a web page will appear.
- Select the “Login” option (at the top of the page), and a panel will appear on the right.
- Click on “Log in” to access the login page.
- Enter the email address and password that you use on the ordering site.
- Click on “Sign in”.
Forgot password
After three incorrect password attempts, your account will be locked. To unlock it, you’ll need to use the “Forgot your password” option.
